• •Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs (via Sentry).
• •Location Data: Your selected city or neighborhood within Japan — used to provide accurate waste-sorting rules and collection schedules. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly use the map feature.
• •Camera & Photos: Images you capture for AI scanning are sent to Google Gemini Vision API for processing and are not stored on our servers.
• •Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications, we store your Expo push token in Supabase to send collection-day reminders.
• •Subscription Data: Purchase status and subscription tier are managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

• •Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• •Identify the correct waste-sorting rules for your neighborhood
• •Send push notifications for garbage collection days (only if enabled)
• •Process AI image scans via Google Gemini Vision API
• •Monitor and improve app performance and stability via Sentry
• •Manage premium subscriptions via RevenueCat
• •Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage trends to improve the Service

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@gomisense.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Row Level Security (RLS) policies in Supabase, and access control on all backend services. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; while we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our servers and third-party providers are located in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@gomisense.com.
